By slouching in your chair, your body takes in about 30 percent less oxygen. Getting up and moving around at least once an hour can also help you feel energized. Study: Most agreeable meeting time is 3 p.m. on Tuesday
WhenIsGood is yet another online application (similar to Doodle) that makes scheduling meetings easier by letting users select which times work best. But the site recently published an interesting study that states 3 p.m. on Tuesday is the most aggreeable time for a meeting. To reach this conclusion, WhenIsGood studied 100,000 responses to 34,000 events logged to their service over a two-year period. The entire study can be found here in PDF format.
