*Effective June 5, 2012 (on-going), if you pay by credit card an additional charge (processing fee) of $2.50 will be added to each credit card transaction. In the past the chapter has absorbed the credit card fees; however, since these fees are at least $500 per year the members voted at the May 1, 2012, meeting to put this additional processing fee into effect. First 10 people to register to kathy.schmalz@kansasgasservice.com no later than noon on Tuesday, May 29 will have their name put in a drawing for a special prize.

If Kathy does not hear from you, she will assume you are not attending and will not request a meal for you. Should you contact her after the deadline date, we will be pleased to accept your reservation. You will still pay the same $20 meeting fee, but a meal will not be offered.
