IAAP, the premier association for administrative professionals, offers the Certified Administrative Professional (CAP) certification. Also offered are specialties in Organizational Management (OM) or Technology Applications (TA).

The new IAAP logo was unveiled at the 2013 EFAM conference in Anaheim. This new logo better communicates the centralized nature of our organization; that we are the “go to” association for our profession. The logo, along with the new tag line, encapsulates all that we are: The center of business and the center of a well-functioning office.

Visit the IAAP Headquarters website to learn more about the value of IAAP.
