In that library you will find the division bylaws and leadership guidelines...for those who may be considering nomination for a division officer position at the 2012 division annual meeting.

      Dr. Susan Fenner from IAAP Headquarters routinely publishes articles for the benefit of IAAP members that can be used in chapter newsletters and on chapter websites. We link these articles in this Document Library for your use. 

    DATES TO REMEMBER
    • January 31, 2012 - R&E 2012 EFAM scholarship application deadline
    • February 15, 2012 - Deadline for May Certification Exams
    • March 4-7, 2012 - IAAP Spring Conference in Las Vegas, NV
    • April 22-28, 2012 - Administrative Professionals Week (APD is Wednesday, April 25th)
    • April 30, 2012 - P2E Deadline for chapters to develop and update business plans.  The chapter must submit the business plan to members with a copy to the division.
    • May 5, 2012 - CAP and OM Certification Exams
    • June 1, 2012 - P2E Deadline for Membership Drives - chapters must hold at least one Membership Drive between July 1, 2011 & May 31, 2012.  The chapter must submit a completed Membership Drive Evaluation form to the division by June 1st
    • June 8-10, 2012 - 54th Annual Meeting of the Arkansas-Oklahoma Division, Inc. in Little Rock, AR
    • June 25, 2012 - P2E Deadline for New Member Orientation - chapters must hold at least one New Member Orientation between July 1, 2011 and June 25, 2012.  The chapter must submit a completed New Member Orientation Evaluation form to the division by June 25th.
    • July 22-26, 2012 - EFAM in Grapevine, TX
