Record onscreen demos with ScreenToaster Need to demonstrate exactly how something is done on a computer? ScreenToaster is an easy-to-use (and free) screen recording service that also supports audio voice-overs. The application is Java-based, so there's no software to install on your computer. Just register for an account and you're ready to go. Videos can be downloaded to your computer or uploaded to your YouTube account. Check out a sample video demonstrating how to upload a document to the IAAP Document Library (a full-screen view is available in the lower-right corner of the video player).
Easily convert files from PDF to Word Converting those stubborn PDFs into an editable Word document is quick and easy with PDFtoWord, a web-based application that will convert any PDF into a surprisingly accurate Word version. Even better, there's no registration or download required. Simply select the PDF you want to convert from your computer, enter your e-mail address and in several minutes the Word document will be sent to you automatically. This is a great tool if you need to update an out-dated PDF but don't have access to the original Word file.
