Seminar / Education Committee (Special)
Purpose
Shall plan and coordinate an annual seminar for Tulsa Chapter.
This Committee will also work with the Education Advisor, the IAAP Student Chapter Program Committee and CPS Committee to select a scholarship recipient(s).

Guidelines
All Seminar / Education Committee efforts should be guided by IAAP’s Vision, Mission, and Purpose statements (see Section One).
Duties
1. Responsible for updating your Committee binders with pertinent information and bring it with you to all Chapter and Board meetings that you attend
a. Year-end: Make sure all documentation is in your binder and forward it to the newly selected committee chair at the transition meeting in July
2. Recommendation: Meet the first part of the fiscal year to determine timelines and delegate responsibilities.
3. Responsible for either attending Board meetings or providing a report to your Board representative prior to each Board meeting.

Timelines
1. Provide monthly updates to the Newsletter Committee as well as to the Publicity and Website Committee Chairs as needed.
2. Submit fiscal year-end report to Chapter President by June 15th.
