2012-2013 IAAP SSC Officer Election
Dear Chapter Members,
Our chapter annual meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, May 22, 2012. Please mark your calendars now for this very important chapter meeting. This is your opportunity to elect new officers for 2012-2013.
The South Suburban Chapter Nominating Committee has prepared the slate of candidates listed below. You are voting for officer positions only. Qualifications of each candidate are attached. If you cannot attend the AnnualMeeting, the attached absentee ballot is to be returned no later than 5 business days before the South Suburban Chapter Annual Meeting (May 17, 2012). Absentee ballots must be returned in a sealed envelope with the member’s name and “Absentee Ballot” visiblein the return address. Do not put your name on the ballot itself.
During elections, a member may be nominated for an office from the floor. The member must agree to the nomination and should have their credentials available to distribute to members present.
