Christ Hospital - Executive Secretary Position (Posted May 17, 2012)


PRIMARY PURPOSE:  Proactively manage all daily activities for the President of The Christ Hospital Foundation and the Board of Directors for The Christ Hospital Foundation. Daily interaction with other executives, assistants, internal and external customers and major donors. Coordinate and handle documentation of a confidential and sensitive nature. Maintain smooth flow of paperwork, appropriately handle internal and external electronic and hard copy correspondence. Coordinate business meetings, conference call and other arrangements. Coordinate banquets and/or events. Tasks require judgment and discretion at all times.

EDUCATION:  Associate Degree preferred                                    

YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:  At least seven years experience in administrative assistance with two years successfully supporting an executive-level administrator. Experience in a large corporate environment is an advantage.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:  Advanced level skills required in Microsoft Office products and Outlook. Demonstrated advanced-level skills required for time management, organization, multi-tasking, computer, proof-reading and math.  Excellent attention to detail.  Familiarity with BoardNet is an advantage.
