Test Your Professional Knowledge

This area is being developed to Promote IAAP Certification.

KNOWLEDGE KNOOK

In order to bring educational/certification knowledge to the KCK Sunflower Chapter, I am introducing Kim's Knowledge Knook to our website. I hope that it will test everyone’s knowledge of general office topics and also help others prepare for test day. Someone once told me that certification seperates out the “Best of the Best”. If this is true, then I hope that more KCK members will strive for this excellence. The CAP (Certified Administrataive Professional Rating) and the OM (Organizational Managment) test cover topics that admins deal with daily.  The Benefits of certification include:

  • Improving your professional qualifications
  • Increasing your skills & knowledge
  • Earning a higher salary
  • Raising your professional self-esteem, and
  • Possible College Credit.

I hope you will take some time to review the below materials.

Thanks-Kimberley Smoots, CAP-OM
