IAAP has a postage stamp?

I'm a little slow. Does this stamp actually exist? From the site, for 20 stamps you pay $19? 96 cents per stamp?

We are currently working on adding a variety of IAAP-related products through the site you referenced, Zazzle.com. The postage stamp is available right now, but we have not settled on the design for all of the products yet.
