We have had some members drop their membership but they still show up in the Chapter Directory.  Have any of you noticed this as well or is it only in our Chapter?

Gladys,

The member will only drop off after their dues are not renewed. If their dues are paid to December but they have told you that they are no longer going to be a member in June, they will still be on HQ's reports until after December when their dues expire.
