Relocating to a new bldg

Our entire company is relocating in 6 weeks.  I would like to help our facility manager publish his timeline and more communication to employees.  Any ideas to help make this a smooth transition.  I can't sit by and watch this hairball continue to grow.

Well certainly key milestones are critical - date boxes are to be packed by, special instructions, date of move, order (if not all moving on same day), etc. I would suggest that you create a key code for each cubicle to make it easy to deliver boxes (i.e. 2W-001, 2W-002) along with a map showing the numbers of the new cubicles/employee names.
