By attending local chapter meetings and events, you will have many opportunities to network with fellow administrative professionals and participate in local educational programs. Being actively involved with a chapter helps you gain leadership experience and builds management-level skills that you might not learn through training provided by employers. CPS/CAP certification is not required to join the chapter.
