Meeting Reservations

7:15-7:45 pm    Business Meeting

$20 per person (includes program and meal)

Parking:
As soon as you make the reservation, a parking pass will be emailed to you. Print and place the Parking Pass on your dash to enter the garage. The TCC parking garage is accessible from Belknap & N. Cherry Streets. Proceed into the Trinity Building and take an elevator to the 4th floor. Review campus map for meeting room location.

To make a reservation for the meeting:

STEP 1: Fill out our ONLINE RESERVATION FORM
**NOTE: The online form automatically counts whoever fills out the form as '1'. If you are a guest or bring guests, a separate form will need to be filled out for each person**

STEP 2: Pay your Meeting Fee

At the Door - Cash or Check (made out to "Ft. Worth Trinity IAAP")

CANCELLATION POLICY
Because we must prepay for meals, you must cancel your reservation by noon the Friday before the meeting date via email to our RESERVATIONS email. After that time, any unused reservations will be invoiced at the rate requested. Substitutions are accepted!
