Dr. Betsy Giusto earned her Ph.D. at University of Houston in 1997, after earning a Master of Arts in Science in 1989 and a Master of Arts in 1980 from University of Houston-Clear Lake. During the 1980s, she taught a variety of English courses at Alvin Community College, including American; Literature, World Literature, Technical Writing, and Grammar and Composition. Dr. Giusto has authored two books and many articles.

Amy Castro, president of Innovative Communication & Training Solutions, is the author of Practical Communication: 25 Tips, Tools & Techniques for Getting Along & Getting Things Done. Amy is a Certified Facilitator, a Facilitator/Instructor at the Aerospace and Biotechnology Academy, and an Adjunct Professor at San Jacinto College in Pasadena, TX. Before founding ICTS, Amy served for four years in the U.S. Air Force and was the deputy chief of public affairs and the chief of media relations at Peterson Air Force Base in Colorado Springs, CO.

Lonnie has eight years of military experience (US Marines Infantry) where he earned the Meritorious Mass Award, Combat Action Ribbon, and the Kuwait Liberation Medal for active front-line involvement in the Persian Gulf War (Operation Desert Storm / Shield). He has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electronics Engineering from Southern University A&M College; Graduate of the University Of Nevada, Reno Executive Development Program; received an Advance Certificate in Human Resource Management from the Council on Education in Management in association with The George Washington University School of Business.

Suzanne Dunbar, CAP-OM, is an Executive Assistant at Chevron Phillips Chemical Company. She was 1996 Chapter Outstanding Member of the Year of the Bartlesville Chapter and was a 1997 Distinguished Chapter President. In the Woodlands Area Chapter, she received the Distinguished Chapter President Award in 2005 and was the 2009-2010 Chapter Member of the Year. Suzanne served on the Texas-Louisiana Division board from 2005-2009; serving as the 2008-2009 Division President. She is currently serving on an International Action Team and is the Southwest District Representative for the International Bylaws and Standing Rules Committee.
