Registration Fee and Confirmation Information
Early registration postmarked by April 19, 2012 is $265.
Registration postmarked after April 19, 2012 is $285.
Non-member and Onsite/walk-in registration is $300 (subject to availability).
If you have not received written confirmation of your registration by
your date of departure, contact Frances Jackson, 832-248-4750. If you
plan to register onsite, call in advance to confirm space availability.
The T-L Division and the Clear Lake/NASA Area Chapter reserve the right
to limit the number of participants in the program and will not be
responsible for any expenses incurred by an individual whose
registration is not confirmed and for whom space is not available.
Payment must be made in U.S. funds, payable to T-L 2012 Annual Meeting.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
Cancellation deadline is May 11, 2012. No refunds will be made after that date.
Cancellations received prior to May 11, 2012 will receive a 50% refund.
Late requests will not be processed.
In the case of conference cancellation, registrants will be notified
at the contact number indicated on the registration form, followed by
written notification. Registration fees will be refunded in full.
The T-L Division and the Clear Lake/NASA Area Chapter will not be
responsible for any other costs incurred such as airfare, car rental, or
hotel charges, including penalties.
