Hospitality Room
The Hospitality Room is information
central for both first-time attendees and education forum veterans to
renew old acquaintances, make new friends or find a shopping, dining or
sightseeing companion. All attendees will receive a free gift when
presenting a completed emergency form.
Photography
Attendees agree that IAAP may use such
photographs and/or video with or without consent and for any lawful
purpose, including but not limited to publicity, illustration,
advertising and web content.

Event Entry
Full Registration participants need only present their name badge for entry to all events. Individual event tickets will be collected at the door.
Miscellaneous
For the comfort and health of all attendees, the organizers respectfully request attendees not wear heavily scented products and smoking is not permitted at any IAAP function. It is difficult to maintain a temperature that is comfortable for everyone, please plan accordingly and bring a jacket or sweater for your personal comfort.
